School Improvement Plan

By June 2026 the stretch growth for students will meet or exceed 50% on iReady as measured by End-of-Year view. ML iReady stretch growth will go from 8% to 16%. Which will result in SBA proficiency going from 25% to at least 35% (level 3 or higher) overall, from .002% to at least 7% passing at a level 3 or higher for scholars receiving Multilingual Learner (ML) services, and from 3 to 6 for students passing at a level 3 or higher receiving Special Education (IEP) services. We also will measure disproportionality by race, to ensure that all groups grow at least 5 percent.  

By June 2026 the stretch growth for students will meet or exceed 55% on iReady as measured by End-of-Year view. Growth in iReady will result in SBA proficiency going from 36% to at least 50% (level 3 or higher) overall, 5 to at least 12 passing at a level 3 or higher for scholars receiving Multilingual Learner (ML) services, and from 9 to 18 for students passing at a level 3 or higher receiving Special Education (IEP) services. We also will measure disproportionality by race, to ensure that all groups grow at least 5 percent.  

By June 2026 Kilo will increase all racial group attendance by 10% with our targeted focus on Hispanic from 46% to 56%, Pacific Islander 36% to 46% and Black 52% to 62% (student groups who show the lowest rate of consistent attendance.)  

By June 2026 all racial and ethnic groups will have a risk ratio between .8 and 1.2 with a targeted focus on Hispanic, Pacific Islander and Black racial groups who currently receive the highest ratio of discipline referrals.
